WATER ON EARTH
Water constitutes around 60% of our body mass, it is arguably the most essential substance for our vitality. In its primal state it is a source for vital life essence and precious minerals. Unfortunately, humans really only have access to 0.03% of Earth’s fresh water, the rest is hiding in glaciers and deep subterranean primary water cycles. All this freshwater is really only 3% of all water on earth also, because the vast 97% of it is shackled in salt. Ingeniously though, we’ve devised some of the worst ways to use it! Bottling it up in PCB’s, cycling it through putrid cities, fracking, CAFOS, etc.etc. If not inherently obvious at this point, why is this a bad thing? Toxicity. To us and every living thing that is dependent on water, including our home.
TAP WATER TOXINS
Tap water is within a closed cycle of treatment and re-distribution. A “treatment” is administering a cocktail of harmful chemicals to sterilize pathogens, however these chemicals persist in the water, and upon exiting the water treatment plants, end up in already-diseased factory farms, hospitals, homes, and all industry. Throughout this arduous voyage, tap water is exposed to countless heavy metals, antibiotics, pesticides, xenoestrogens, and various other pollutants. Some of those chemicals are purposefully added, most of which are of public health concern. Factually, 99% of fluoride in the water system never touches a touch, most of it ends up down the toilet, in the shower drain, or on your lawn. The small amount of fluoride that does make it inside the body doesn’t mineralize teeth straight away, it is first attracted to the pineal gland and other vital organs that contain calcium phosphates and other minerals of which once in contact with fluoride calcify the organ, often with adverse effects. Fluoride, chlorine, and trihalomethanes are a part of the public water treatment regimen. All of those chemicals are known to be neurotoxic (brain-damaging) and carcinogenic (cancer-causing). Although chlorine and fluoride are harmless within fruits and vegetables, they are extremely dangerous in the concentrations and forms present in tap water.
The majority of antibiotics produced in the U.S. are given to livestock, which also make their way into our food and water supply. This is because in order for us to feed that many animals, we use massive amounts of pesticides, all of which are known to be endocrine-disrupting, neurotoxic and carcinogenic. (Research: glyphosate, atrazine, chlorpyrifos, pyrethroids, organophosphates, carbamates.)
WATER IS ALIVE
Water is very much alive, having form, function, and (vibratory)motion just as all beings. Similarly, just as all other living things, its ability to properly function is dependent with its structure (form). What gives water structure are the minerals that it comes into contact with during its genesis (in a thermal spring, river, or aquifer). Most minerals are crystals, and when they are naturally present in water, they form lattice-like vibrations within the liquid. Crystal lattices can store, transmit, and receive information. Crystals display a formative life principle, and water can embody that life if it is itself not tainted with deadly contaminants. We know then that water is alive, and that its life depends on a naturally occurring balanced mineral profile. Thus when water goes through an endless cycle of contamination and treatment it will lose its vital life-essence and no longer be able to carry out its function. Tap water not only lacks minerals that provide it alkalinity, structure, and energy, it is also tainted with chemicals, some are added purposefully like fluoride and chlorine, while others make their way into the industrial water cycle through poor waste management; heavy metal byproducts from industrial operations, pesticides, open-sewage systems.
SUN WATER LIFE
What is solar-essence?
The human body is essentially sun-powered as any form of food embodies the sun’s energy. This energy/essence manifests as plants, animals, and all other beings. In all food-chains though, to consume animals is to attain this energy indirectly. Plants are the single most effective bearers of sun-energy that all animals (including humans) can consume. Farm animals get their vital solar-essence from the crops they are fed. Thus, the purest and most efficient way for humans to assimilate vital solar-energy is through organically grown fruits and vegetables. (Sun-gazing can be time-consuming and obstructed by a preoccupied quotidian life.)
How do plants give us energy from the sun?
In plants, water is essential for photosynthesis. Plants absorb the sun’s energy to ignite the conversion of water and CO2 into glucose and oxygen. Within the glucose molecule, there are hydrogen and oxygen atoms, tightly packaged by the sun’s energy and embodying that energy in a lattice (lattices store, emit, and receive energy.).
During cellular respiration, plants break down glucose to produce pure water, and as a result that water is a vessel for the solar-energy captured by the plant for the initial production of the glucose molecule it came from.
Edible plants and fungi are the greatest source of dietary organic minerals. In this sense “Organic” means they are neatly chelated (packaged) for facilitated absorption into human tissues. our bodies need both organic and inorganic minerals. We use organic minerals for a plethora of biological functions including cellular homeostasis (maintenance) and regulating all bodily systems. Alternatively, we benefit from inorganic minerals because of their electrically shaped crystal structure. Inorganic minerals are the electrolytes that give water its ability to effectively hydrate, alkalize, and revitalize our bodies. Precisely because these minerals aren’t organically chelated, they can bind to and neutralize toxins. This gives the water circulating in our bodies an electric charge, much in the same way that plants (which are also mostly water) do.
The naturally occurring electrolytes within these waters are what give it form, and this form gives rise to its electromagnetic field, and consequently its capacity to oscillate in polarity and store vital-life energy when it is outside plant tissues. Precisely because inorganic minerals are not chelated, they are able to bind to toxins, suppress free radicals, impair the growth of harmful gut microbes, and inhibit blood cell aggregation.
The structure of water is imperative for its capacity to emit, store, and receive vibratory energy/electricity/magnetism. The best drinking water, then, is water at its most natural/electric/structured state, and thermal, spring, or aquifer waters are the epitome of that classification.
Water within plants, then is as pure as that produced by our own cells during dry fasting, plants are our most efficient source for high-energy water.
Some believe mineralized water will alkalize and harm the stomach, which is meant to be acidic, when really these electrolytes are assimilated as antioxidants further down in the colon. The colon, as well as most of our internal organs function & prefer an alkaline environment. A truly harmful effect is that of acidic/demineralized water on our alkaline-thriving organs, which need electricity, inducted through crystals, to survive.
In other words, dietary minerals, both in inorganic and organic form are essential for human vitality, and the finest source for inorganic minerals/electrolytes/crystals is naturally alkaline water. If these are not present, drinking water must be remineralized.
Water Purification
The safest and most effective way to purify tap water is through distillation, reverse osmosis, or the combination. The reason both systems should be combined is because some pollutants have a lower boiling point than water and persist distillation, while some contaminants are small enough to get through R.O. membranes.
These systems in unison, then, can effectively remove nearly all waterborne toxins, the only problem is that both of these systems are just as effective at removing essential inorganic minerals. (Some argue inorganic minerals/electrolytes aren’t essential and we achieve all the minerals we need in their organic form from plant tissues, and I will detail our necessity for both on an upcoming post.)
Our stomach generally ranges from pH 1-4, but should only be below pH 3 when we are digesting. When we are on an empty stomach, chronic acid exposure can actually be harmful and can lead to acidosis (overexerting the kidneys to buffer excessive acid).
Distilled water readily absorbs CO2 from the air and forms carbonic acid, causing it’s pH to be generally acidic. This is not a problem when therapeutically using distilled water to detoxify the digestive system, as it readily binds and neutralizes toxins, however, for quotidian use it can negatively affect colon health, alkaline-thriving microbiota and organs. Distilled water has no electrolytes (inorganic minerals) and consequently no electric charge. We are electric beings, and the majority of our body is made of water, thus we need the proper electrolytic balance in our blood for our alkaline-loving internal organs to function properly. In conclusion, water purified by R.O. or distillation should be remineralized.
Water Remineralization
One of the most efficient ways to remineralize & electrolytically balance your water is through overnight herbal infusions. This is done by storing water in glass bottles or jars, and placing herbs like burdock, turmeric, ginger, chamomile, hibiscus, red-raspberry leaf, or any herb of choice. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
Another method is to add a small amount of seeded lime juice or Himalayan pink salt to purified water and exposing it to sunlight or a vortex. Any and all of these methods in any combination will ultimately help restore purified water into an active electrical form. This is important because inorganic minerals, or in the case of herbal infusions, organic minerals, serve as electrolytes in the water and in a sense charge it so it may be efficiently absorbed and heal our cells.
Humans, as most animals, generally drink water from natural sources; rivers, lakes, ponds, puddles (surrounded by mineralized clay), etc. This water is often high in inorganic electrolytes, and consequently, highly alkalizing to the small intestine, as many digestive choices can significantly damage this alkaline-thriving organ environment. The enzymes in the small intestine work best in alkaline conditions. As always though, prevention is always imperative beyond any other means. A diet of whole plant foods, where minerals coincide with carbon; is living and abundant in alkalizing potential and will alkalize the small intestine as well as the external environment of our internal organs, as most of them function in alkaline conditions. After the water has been purified & given alkalizing potential, a method to increase the carbonate ionic chelation capacity of inorganic minerals would be exposing them to oxygen. A vortex is an efficient way to effectively expose minerals & activated charcoal to oxygen and promote ionic chelation. This process transforms the inorganic and previously dietarily-unusable minerals into a form that is ionic & readily recognizable by the body. A further step would be exposing this ionization & vitalization of water to sunlight. This would bestow vital life-energy within the water’s essence, and in turn, effectively hydrate and alkalize in the level that water within fruits & vegetables can.
Distilled Water for Quotidian Use.
Distilled pure water will not conduct electricity when only 2 PPM inorganic minerals or less are present. Water with 5 parts inorganic content per million parts water or more will conduct electricity, this is vital because our body is an electrically sensing machine, and since the majority of the human body is made up of water, and the majority of that water constitutes our blood, we must intake electrically structured water to regularly maintain a proper electrolytic balance.
There is a correlation between the consumption of soft water (distilled water is extremely soft) and the incidence of cardiovascular disease. Cells, tissues and organs do not like to be dipped in acid and will do anything to buffer this acidity including the removal of minerals from the skeleton and the manufacture of bicarbonate in the blood.
