Free-radical (oxidative) damage has been repeatedly documented among humans, animals, plants and microorganisms exposed to extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic fields (EMF) and even radio frequency (RF) radiation. HAARP is an esoteric governmental program that carries out investigations of the composition of the the earth’s climate and atmosphere, but unfortunately, the technology employed in those investigations is also used to disrupt the earth’s natural environments.The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) conducts experiments on the earth’s ionosphere, magnetosphere, and weather by transmitting/inducing ELF radiation from earth-bound arrays towards the atmosphere.

This program has been around for a long time, but is only now emerging from the underground political shadow realm. Harvard has also recently openly divulged about the method of cloud-seeding, where high-altitude balloons are employed to disperse neurotoxic aerosols in the hopes of altering weather patterns. In spite of this new public appearance, cloud seeding has been prevalent since the 50’s through designated aircraft (fig.1 ) as well as balloons.

Still to this day, commercial planes release barium, strontium, alluminum, cadmium, thorium, mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide, and other substances that interact with the ionic composition of our atmosphere, which is then subject to the concentrated ELF/VLF radiation from HAARP installations. Thus the danger of these applications is not limited to the cancer-causing low frequencies emitted by HAARP towers; it also includes the harmful effect of the aerosols, most of which are known endocrine disruptors, carcinogenic, and neurotoxic.

Cloud seeding is the process of spraying precipitants and aerosols that when in contact with specific ELF/VLF radiation comes in contact with the “seeded” positive ions, it catalyses the buildup of charge and discharge at will. Varying resonance is applied to maneuver and direct the area of positive ion generation.

This is a systematically precise method for building up positive ions in desired targeted locations, that will then crash down as lightning and storms.
